The HACC appeal lifted the seizure from Nosov's lawyer's accounts

The panel of judges of the Appellate Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court partially satisfied the appeal against the seizure of the property of lawyer Oleksiy Nosov.

Thus, the court canceled the seizure of non-cash funds in his wife's account and non-cash funds in the accounts of Oleksiy Nosov himself. Regarding other property, the court refused to lift the seizure.

Oleksiy Nosov is a member of the EBK database. 

As reported, the lawyer was exposed for offering a bribe of 200,000 dollars to the NABU detective and the SAP prosecutor for transferring the case against the client to another pre-trial investigation body.
