The Appellate Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court upheld the verdict sentencing Serhiy Holovaty, former Deputy Director of the State Expertise Department of the State Expertise Control Service of Ukraine, to 10.5 years in prison.

He was sentenced to 10.5 years in prison with a ban on holding certain positions for 3 years after serving the main sentence, with deprivation of the rank of civil servant and confiscation of all property belonging to him.

On January 2, 2025, the Appellate Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice upheld the verdict of the Supreme Court of Justice of Ukraine dated December 22, 2023, by which the former official of the State Service for Export Control of Ukraine (SSCEU) was found guilty under Part 4 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
