Based on the materials of the NABU's pre-trial investigation, the prosecutor of the SAP sent the indictment to the court accusing Kyiv City Council deputy Vladyslav Trubitsyn of receiving 1.39 million hryvnias of illegal profit.

As already reported, within the scope of the pre-trial investigation, it was established that in February - March 2021, Kyiv City Council member Vladyslav Trubitsyn, as the head of the Standing Committee on Entrepreneurship, Industry and Urban Improvement, with the assistance of his assistant and a close person, expressed a request to a citizen to provide an illegal benefit for the appointment of a predetermined person for a managerial position in KP "Zhytny Rynok".

During the conversations, the deputy repeatedly stated that he has a direct influence on the personnel policy of the Department of Public Works and the Department of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development of the KMDA (to which the above-mentioned utility company is subordinate).

For example, for 30,000 US dollars, the people's representative had to appoint a certain person to the position of deputy director of the Rye Market, and later to the position of director.

In addition, the deputy promised to provide appropriate support and regulate some issues related to the conduct of illegal activities by the new leadership within "reasonable limits".

The deputy held the "interview", during which the vision of the future activities of the utility company was voiced in one of the antiquarian bookstores of the capital.

On June 14, 2024, under the procedural guidance of SAP prosecutors, detectives informed the person in absentia about the suspicion under Part 4 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

In addition, the suspicion was reported to his assistant and a close person.
