The ex-head of the Odessa TPC will be tried for forging documents

The employees of the SBI have completed the investigation of the criminal proceedings against the former head of the Odesa regional TPC and SS on the fact of document forgery. The indictment was sent to the court.

Although the name of the person involved is not specified in the official notification, the investigation materials indicate that it is Yevhen Borisov.

According to the investigation, the suspect forged a medical document in order to leave Ukraine.

Using his work and non-work connections, misleading the doctor, the former head of the Odesa regional TPC and SS was included in the list of servicemen who were injured as a result of Russian aggression and are entitled to treatment abroad. After that, due to the negligence of an official of the State Border Service, he voluntarily left abroad and went on vacation to the resorts of the Seychelles and Spain

The suspect is accused of using a known forged document, not showing up for duty on time without valid reasons, and evading military service by deception during martial law. He faces up to ten years in prison for these crimes.
