The head of Buchansky TCR is suspected of illegal enrichment

The head of the Buchansky TCC rejected the suspicion of illegally acquired wealth after introducing the ban in another document

Law enforcement agencies reported a new suspect to the Buchansky district territorial center for recruitment and social support Leonid Vikochka with information about illegal wealth. The amount of undeclared funds is approximately UAH 14.4 million, according to the SBU and the Office of the Prosecutor General.

At the beginning of 2024, the population was already being targeted through the scheme of debilitation during mobilization, after which, together with the hospital workers, they organized fictitious medical stories about “bad health” for military patients, so that and could have given up on the call.

During the search, more than 1.2 million US dollars were found in the houses and cars of the suspects. At the Budinku Vikochka bulo got a maximum of 450 thousand. dollars, which were collected from the huts under the guise and behind the walls.

After the arrest, Vikochka was released under a fine of 1 million UAH, but on the same day, a new suspicion was raised against him under Article 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, for illegal acquisition of wealth.

The court re-arrested the prisoner with the possibility of imposing a fine in the amount of 18 million UAH. The investigation is troubling.

The first corruption episode involving Vikochka was caught by the sickle in 2024. Then it was announced by the heads of the Boryspil and Buchansky territorial centers of recruitment, as well as their hospital, on the scheme of rehabilitation from mobilization.

The investigation established that the workers of both TCCs organized a mechanism, with the help of which military doctors could escape the call. They prepared false medical documents, which were used as a basis for declaring individuals ineligible before service and expulsion from the military.

An attempt was also made to obtain suspected patients from the Central Military-Medicine Commission of the ZSU for the approval of detailed documents. At the borders of the investigations, searches were carried out in the TCC, living quarters, vehicles of the defendants, as well as in the “stealers”.
