A former Defense Ministry official and former heads of a defense enterprise have been reported on suspicion of supplying unsuitable missile systems and causing damage to the state in the amount of UAH 90 million.
According to sources of the Public in law enforcement agencies, we are talking about the former head of the Department of Military-Technical Policy, Development of Armaments and Military Equipment of the Ministry of Defense, Oleksandr Liev.
The High Anti-Corruption Court applied preventive measures to the suspects - former heads of a defense enterprise - in the form of bail in the amount of UAH 908.4 thousand and UAH 575.32 thousand.
Regarding the former Defense Ministry official, a request has been filed for the election of a preventive measure in the form of bail in the amount of UAH 5.011 million.
