Mindich says he will not return to Ukraine from Israel

Sanctioned businessman Timur Mindich, who is suspected of corruption abuses in the energy sector, said that he does not plan to return to Ukraine, and considers the investigation against him to be "manipulation." He said this in an interview with investigative journalist Mykhailo Tkach of Ukrainska Pravda. It is noted that Tkach sought out Mindich on a beach in Israel, far from his home.
According to the investigator, the businessman probably knew about the arrival of the UP film crew in Tel Aviv and did "everything possible to avoid being found." In particular, he stopped visiting restaurants and shops, and began to disguise himself when walking - wearing glasses and a hat.
Mykhailo Tkach reported that from a conversation with the businessman it follows that he is not ready to return from Israel to Ukraine and testify in the case.
To summarize, Mr. Mindich is not ready to return (to Ukraine – ed.), he will be in Israel, like the other person involved in this case. Having Israeli citizenship, it is very convenient
The businessman himself insists that all the accusations against him are "manipulations."
Earlier, journalists found Mindich in Israel.
We also reported that the co-owner of the Kvartal-95 studio, Timur Mindich, suspected of corruption, is being prepared to be put on the international wanted list. All possible measures are currently being taken to return Mindich to Ukraine. NABU Director Semen Kryvonos recalled that Mindich has already been put on the national wanted list.
