Law enforcement officers recovered a 44-river quarry from one of the municipal enterprises of the Khmelnytsky district, which they obtained from the enterprise for agreeing to win the tender for the provision of electrical equipment for the building of the community.

The official received 65 thousand from the enterprise. UAH of swag, which constitutes 10% of the total amount of costs under the contract for the supply of a transformer substation, which the utility company has signed with the company. According to the investigation, the authority of the firm reasoned that since they were aware of the illegal benefits given, they were not able to take part in the tenders, and in order to protect their rights, resorted to law enforcement officials.

Posadovtsy was given a vote of suspicion for being punished for Part 3 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (acceptance of propositions, accusations or obtaining illegal benefits by an official). The sanction of the statute is transferred from five to ten days of freedom.
