Kyiv man accused of attempting to bribe border guard at Shehyni crossing
An attempt to provide an illegal benefit was recorded at the Shehyni checkpoint in the Lviv region. According to border guards, a 33-year-old resident of Kyiv tried to bribe a serviceman to leave Ukraine without the necessary documents.

A report was sent to the National Police regarding the detection of signs of a criminal offense under Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Offer, promise or provision of an improper benefit to an official). The sanction provides for a fine of up to UAH 68,000 or restriction of liberty for a term of up to four years, or imprisonment for the same term.
