NABU Issues New Suspicion to AMCU Head Kyrylenko image

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office have handed over a new notice of suspicion to the head of the Antimonopoly Committee, Pavlo Kyrylenko, for false declarations for 2024. His wife is now also a suspect.

This was reported by the press services of the authorities, without specifying the names of the persons involved. According to media reports, it is about Kyrylenko and his wife Alla.

NABU and SAPO have informed the head of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine about a new suspicion of failure to declare property. His wife has also been informed about a suspicion of aiding and abetting illicit enrichment. The official did not indicate in his electronic declaration for 2024 20 real estate properties and a luxury car that were registered to his wife's relatives

The prosecutor's office added that the investigation into this case was completed in December 2024. The defense is currently familiarizing itself with the case materials.

Pavlo Kyrylenko  is a suspect in the EBK database.

Previously, the High Anti-Corruption Court reduced the bail amount from UAH 30.28 to UAH 25 million , set for the head of the Antimonopoly Committee, Pavlo Kyrylenko.
