New Porsche and millions: ex-MSEC head’s declaration

The former head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC), Tetyana Krupa, submitted a declaration for 2024 in 2026, which she was supposed to fill out in the spring of 2025. During that period, she was in custody in the Kyiv Pre-Trial Detention Center until her preventive measure was changed to bail.
The declaration was published in the Unified State Register.
The declaration for 2024 lists three residential buildings, 15 land plots, and one garage among the real estate properties owned by Tetyana Krupa.
Volodymyr Krupa owns three apartments, two garages, 13 residential buildings, 27 land plots and warehouses with an area of 1,341.7 square meters. Volodymyr Krupa and citizen Lidiya Shevchuk own a land plot with an area of 43,385 square meters in joint partial ownership, equivalent to 50% each, the declaration states.
Among the objects of unfinished construction, Tetyana Krupa indicated in the declaration for 2024 two garden houses, and her husband has a residential building with an area of 590 square meters in joint ownership with Serhiy Bomok.
According to the declaration, Tetyana Krupa's car fleet was replenished with a new 2024 Porsche Cayenne worth 6.78 million hryvnias. In addition, she had a 2019 Porsche Cayenne. Among the valuable movable property in the declaration, Tetyana Krupa indicated branded Dior earrings worth 700.7 thousand hryvnias and a Rolex women's watch worth 405 thousand hryvnias. The earrings and watch, according to the declaration, were seized by law enforcement officers.
Tetyana Krupa's 2024 tax return indicated $93,000 and €2,000 in cash, which were seized by law enforcement officers. Her husband had $3,174,000, €135,290, and hryvnia 1,197,000 in cash seized. Tetyana Krupa also received an advance payment of $595,000.
The declaration states that Tetyana and Volodymyr Krupy have corporate rights in a limited liability company, which they have transferred to management. In addition, they are beneficial owners of two companies.
Volodymyr Krupa owns 28,544 hryvnias in cryptocurrency, according to the declaration.
Tetyana Krupa and her son Oleksandr are suspects in the EBK base.
As a reminder, the State Bureau of Investigation announced the exposure of the head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise, Tetyana Krupa, and her son Oleksandr, who holds a managerial position in the main department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in the Khmelnytskyi region, in illegal enrichment.
