The SAP sent the indictment to the court against the accomplice of People's Deputy Hunko

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) submitted the indictment to the court to Volodymyr Ivasyk, who is responsible for the People's Deputy Anatoly Gunek. The rest is accused of storming to the point of swindling.

Based on information from the SAP, the indictment was sent to court on June 20, 2024 based on materials from the pre-trial investigation of the NABU. Gunko will win 85 thousand dollars in illegal benefits. These pennies were taken for the lease of state lands to private enterprises. The offense includes violations of Part 3 of Article 369 and Part 5 of Article 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Previously, the anti-corruption court took Anatoly Gunka under arrest with the possibility of imposing a fine of 30 million hryvnia. Later, the outpost was changed to 10 million hryvnias, and the People’s Deputy was released.

According to the prosecutor's office, Gunko, together with his assistant Igor Kalinichenko and his assistant Volodymyr Ivasik, extorted swag from a representative of the agricultural enterprise LLC "Agroform-2019" for the lease of sovereign lands, which belongs to the last dominions of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences. The agreement was about the lease of 1,700 hectares of land near the village of Tuchin, Rivne region, and the hidden amount of illegal benefits amounted to 221 thousand dollars. From this sum it was necessary to transfer 85 thousand dollars as a deposit, and to the resht - after collecting the crop.
