The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office requests the confiscation of two cars of the former head of the district territorial center for procurement and social support of the city of Kharkiv, which are registered to his relative.

According to media reports, this is the former head of the Shevchenkivskyi District TCP and SS of Kharkiv, Artur Vorontsov, who currently heads the department for municipal property management of the Lozov City Council of the Kharkiv region.

On February 3, 2025, the SAPO prosecutor filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court to recognize assets worth UAH 3.4 million as unfounded and to recover them as state revenue (civil confiscation), which formally belong to a relative, but are actually used by the family of the former head of the district TCP and SS of Kharkiv

– informs the prosecutor's office.

According to the lawsuit, the mother-in-law of the head of the district TCP and SS of the city of Kharkiv owns two new luxury cars with a total value of UAH 3.42 million, which were purchased in 2022–2023. However, it turned out that the specified cars were actually used by the official and his relatives. According to the SAPO, the former head of the TCP and his relatives did not have enough funds and income to purchase the specified cars.

According to media reports, the vehicles are a 2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid and a 2023 Lexus NX200, registered to Vorontsov's mother-in-law, Elena Arefieva.
