The court seized the property of Medvedchuk and Kozak for UAH 16 million

The court ordered the arrest of the newly-founded main complexes of Serhiy Medvedchuk and Bohdan Kozak, which were dismantled in the Lviv region. The Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Lviv region reported this. There is a decision to worry about the crumbling and indestructible mine of the Betonbud enterprise, as the brothers of the ex-people's deputies tried to seize the fiscal authorities.

The legal risk of seized assets is up to 16 million hryvnias. We are talking about an unfurnished facility for concrete mixing, a hangar for storing bulk materials, as well as warehouse and office premises for the enterprise.

In general, everything will be transferred to the National Agency for the detection, investigation and management of assets acquired as a result of corruption and other crimes (ARMA).

Earlier, the SBU informed Serhiy Medvedchuk and Bohdan Kozak of suspicions of financial fraud that had plagued Ukraine.
