The Great Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) has re-imposed charges on MP Anatoly Gunek, whom the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) accuses of burglary to the point of swindling. The decision was praised on the 17th of May.

Previously, the anti-corruption court took Gunka under gartu from the border of 30 million hryvnias, but later the size of the sentence was changed to 10 million hryvnias, after which the deputy of the parliament was released. Immediately they placed obligations on him: to report for a skin complaint before the court, to inform him about a change of place of residence or work, and also to give up his passport abroad.

According to the prosecutor of the SAP, the judge decided to re-place the bindings on Gunka tsi for a period of two months - until November 16, 2024.

Anatoly Gunko, his assistant Igor Kalinichenko and his friend Volodymyr Ivasyk are accused of extorting swag from a representative of the agricultural enterprise LLC Agroform-2019. According to the accused, the money was extorted for the lease of sovereign lands that belonged to the last dominions of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences, aka the DG “Tuchinske” in the Rivne region. The swag amounted to 221 thousand dollars, of which 85 thousand were transferred as a deposit, and the money was transferred after collecting the crop.
