Seven Heads of MSEC Dismissed in Rivne Region

In the Rivne region, seven managers were dismissed after inspections by medical and social expert commissions (MSEС). This was reported in the regional state administration, noting that the checks were initiated due to the exposure of a scheme to provide fake disability certificates to applicants, organized by three employees of a local real estate agency with the participation of 26 medical workers.

Seven MSEСs of the Rivne Region received new managers. After the inspection initiated by me, which was carried out by the Department of Health Protection of the Rivne Regional State Administration together with law enforcement officers, the leaders were replaced. She involved 26 medical workers, including officials of medical and social expert commissions of the region, to participate in the scheme.

Later, in Rivne, law enforcement officers exposed a 46-year-old doctor of the medical and social expert commission (MSEC), who participated in a corruption scheme that helped fraudsters to issue fictitious disabilities.
