The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) extended until December 1 the term of the duties imposed on Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy Taras Vysotskyi, who is suspected of embezzlement in the amount of 62.5 million hryvnias.

The court imposed a preventive measure on Vysotskyi in the form of bail in the amount of 4.99 million hryvnias, and also imposed a number of obligations on him: to appear at the first request, not to leave Ukraine without the court's permission, to notify about a change of place of residence and work, refrain from communicating with certain persons and hand over foreign passports. After the deposit was reduced, the list of duties remained unchanged. The SAP prosecutor requested an extension of the validity period of these duties, and the court granted his request.

Extend the period of validity of the duties assigned to the suspect in connection with the application of a preventive measure in the form of bail for 2 months, i.e. until December 1, 2024 inclusive
