The high anti-corruption court began to consider the case of a deputy from the "Servant of the People" Lyudmila Marchenko, who threw money over the fence when NABU detectives came to search her.

This was reported in the Anti-Corruption Center.

In particular, according to the organization, the judge examined the video taken by a hidden camera in the office of the Ukrainian-Turkish Charitable Foundation in Ternopil. According to the investigation, it was through this foundation, the founder of which is Marchenko, that the men were sent abroad under the guise of volunteers.

The video shows how deputy Kolesnik's assistant, while in the fund's office, provides advice on the documents that must be submitted to travel abroad. In one of the conversations, she notes that "the situation at the border has changed, so the price is 6-6.5 thousand dollars." He also adds that a person enters the database as a volunteer and may not return. The prosecutor added that the price of services was different for different people. It depended on who exactly the person applied to the fund. In particular, some people noted that they were "from Lyudmila." The prosecutor is convinced that it is about deputy Lyudmila Marchenko

said the Anti-Corruption Center.

Previously, Marchenko explained that she threw the money over the fence because she was in a state of shock and did not really realize what was happening. Like, she had some health problems and was taking medicine. Therefore, it could also allegedly affect behavior under stress.

Lyudmila Marchenko is a figurehead of the EBK database.

It will be recalled that, according to the version of the investigation, the people's deputy together with his assistant Anastasia Kolesnyk promised, in return for an illegal benefit, to ensure that authorized persons of the regional military administration approve a decision on permission to leave Ukraine, as well as enter relevant information into the Information System "The Way".

Marchenko and her assistant valued their "services" at $5,300. NABU detectives exposed the women after receiving the second "tranche" of $2,800.
