HACC upholds charges against former "Ukrgazvydobuvannya" official image

The High Anti-Corruption Court did not cancel the notice of suspicion issued to the former head of the strategic oil service projects department of JSC Ukrgazvydobuvannya Yevhen Stashenko in the case of UAH 211 million in losses to the company during the implementation of a contract to increase natural gas production by a private foreign company.

The judge of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine reviewed the appeal of the suspect's defense lawyer (Stashenko - ed.) against the ruling of the investigating judge of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine dated December 9, 2024 on the refusal to satisfy the complaint on the notification of a change in the previously reported suspicion in criminal proceedings

The defense filed an appeal against the decision to refuse. The Administrative Court of the Supreme Court of Justice opened proceedings.
