The high anti-corruption court took Ihor Sarayev and his assistant Tetyana Zolotar into custody in absentia. The court also collected 110,000 hryvnias of bail paid for Sarajevo.

It will be recalled that, according to the indictment, the judge of the Mariupol Seaside District Court Ihor Saraev together with his assistant Tetiana Zolotar asked for and received 15 thousand hryvnias of illegal benefits for rendering a decision in the case of an administrative offense. The money was transferred in two tranches. Immediately after the transfer of the second part of the illegal profit, the judge was exposed "in the heat of the moment".
