HCJ dismisses district court head in Vinnytsia region

The High Council of Justice has decided to dismiss Ihor Ratushniak, a judge at the Tyvriv District Court in Vinnytsia Oblast, from his position. The decision was made at a meeting due to "disciplinary misconduct."
This was reported on the website of the High Council of Justice.
The mayor was dismissed on the basis of Clause 3, Part 6, Article 126 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the HCJ clarified.
The grounds for dismissal of a judge are the commission of a significant disciplinary offense, gross or systematic neglect of duties, which is incompatible with the status of a judge or has revealed his incompatibility with the position held.
The decision to hold the judge from Tyvrov accountable was considered back in April 2025. Then the Third Disciplinary Chamber of the court responded to Tetyana Chyzhyk's disciplinary complaint dated November 1, 2021.
Let us remind you that Igor Ratushnyak is a person involved in the EBK base.
