Case story: The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption has filed 40 administrative offense reports against Dolyna Mayor Ivan Dyriv. The official is accused of systematically rewarding himself, which is a violation of the requirements of the law on the prevention and resolution of conflicts of interest.
As established, Ivan Dyriv, despite having previously been held administratively liable for a similar offense, continued to make decisions about his own bonuses. This is qualified under Part 3 of Article 172-7 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
For this, he faces a fine of 6,800 to 13,600 hryvnias with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of one year. Also, if found guilty, his data may be entered into the Unified State Register of Persons Who Committed Corruption Offenses.

His wife, Lesya Dyriv, earned 310,557 hryvnias at the Dolynsk Primary Health Care Center.
The daughter of the city mayor, Solomiya Dyriv, received a scholarship of 29,939 hryvnias in 2024 while studying at the Drohobych Vasyl Barvinskyi College of Music.
