The plot of the case: according to the investigation, the former deputy director of Ukrzaliznychpostach Kravchuk, the former head of the competitive bidding committee of Ukrzaliznychpostach Gordeeva allegedly, in a previous conspiracy with the director of Inkomm LLC Bohdan and the financial director of Soyuz-Energo LLC Tsivun, caused losses to the state enterprise as a result of the state procurement of fastening elements for the railway track at prices inflated by UAH 21.4 million in 2014. It was decided to try Gordeeva separately.
As is known, the anti-corruption court found Gordeeva innocent. The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office filed an appeal against this verdict.
Later, it became known that the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court left unchanged the verdict, which acquitted the former head of the procurement procedures department of the state-owned enterprise "Ukrzaliznychpostach" of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" Iryna Gordeeva from charges of misappropriating UAH 21.4 million from the enterprise.
The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed, and the verdict of the High Anti-Corruption Court of November 19, 2024 regarding (Gordeeva - ed.) under Part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is unchanged. The decision comes into force from the moment of its announcement and may be appealed in cassation within three months.
Persons potentially involved in corruption schemes: Recall that in this case, NABU and SAPO are accusing four people: Nadia Bohdan, Dmytro Tsivun, Roman Kravchuk, and Iryna Gordeeva. Ukrainian businessman Oleksiy Bilenkoy, who, according to the investigation, is a beneficiary of the Incomm group of companies, is also suspected in the same case. He is currently hiding in Bulgaria, and in Ukraine he is planned to be tried in absentia also at the High Court of Criminal Appeals.
Assets: Iryna Gordeeva's declaration for 2017 states that she has 25% of the right of joint ownership of an apartment in the village of Manevichi, Volyn region, with an area of 65.3 sq. m. The right to this object was acquired on March 4, 1998. The cost of the apartment according to the latest assessment is 187,279 UAH. Another 50% of the apartment belongs to Halyna Rolko, and 25% to Lyudmila Shozda.

Iryna Gordeeva's declaration states that she is the owner of a 2012 Audi A4 passenger car. The ownership of the vehicle was acquired on December 4, 2015. The cost of the car on the date of acquisition was UAH 359,700.

During the reporting period, she received UAH 32,117 in salary from the Production Support Center branch of PJSC Ukrzaliznytsia, UAH 18,900 in social benefits from the KMZZ, and UAH 121,349 in salary from the Passenger Company branch of PJSC Ukrzaliznytsia. Her husband, Oleksandr Gordeyev, declared UAH 38,590 in salary from LLC SAUBA, UAH 11,707 in salary from SE Nizhynskyi RZIO, as well as UAH 79,000 in income from entrepreneurial activity from KP Kharkivvodokanal and UAH 161,600 in income from entrepreneurial activity from LLC SP BEGLEND.



The family's cash savings are kept in foreign currency. The declarant herself indicated 17 thousand US dollars and 5 thousand euros in cash. Her husband, Alexander Gordeev, declared 372 thousand US dollars in cash.

Persons who should have reacted: in the case of Gordeeva, law enforcement officers reacted in time, however, the court acquitted her.
Scandals: There is no information in open sources about other scandals in which Gordeeva would appear.
