According to journalists, the college where Hanna Loif works does not know anything about her entrepreneurial activities and says that they do not practice this.
It is reported that it was when Loif earned a million that she decided to purchase an apartment of 150 square meters. m in a luxury apartment building in the Pechersk district in the center of Kyiv, in the same place where the family of another head of the SBU, Ilya Vityuk, who until recently headed the agency's cyber security department and whose wife bought an apartment for over 20 million hryvnias, lives.
Moreover, Hanna Loif, as the investigators found out, still has an unfinished cottage near Kyiv in the cottage town of Roslavychy, the construction of which began in 2023.
According to "Slidstvo.Info" calculations, the value of these two real estate objects can reach 16 million hryvnias.
The mother of a SBU employee lives and works in the town of Berehove, Zakarpattia region, and journalists were unable to find out why she needed real estate in the capital. At the same time, they draw attention to the fact that Anatoly Loif himself has no registered real estate.
Neither the official nor his relatives comment on their fortunes.
It is also reported that Anatoly Loyf, in his position in the SBU, is the successor of Artem Shil, whose case is currently being considered by the Higher Anti-Corruption Court.
At the request of journalists, the SBU explained that Loif's mother purchased only the land under the cottage, instead, the construction of the house was financed by a third party (FOP) "for further sale and profit distribution."
As for the apartment in the capital's premium class residential complex, the SBU notes that the official's mother was able to purchase it through the sale of previous real estate, her earnings as a private equity firm, and "her own long-term savings." At the same time, as the journalists claim, the declaration of Hanna Loif's husband, who previously worked at the customs office, does not include such savings.
