The plot of the case: in January 2023, it became known that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office informed the judge of the High Administrative Court in absentia about the suspicion of an unreliable declaration of UAH 7.8 million. This was reported by the press service of SAP.
On January 3, 2023, on the instructions of the head of the SAP, the prosecutor informed the judge of the High Administrative Court of Ukraine about the suspicion that the subject of the declaration intentionally entered knowingly inaccurate information into the declaration of a person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government. She was charged with the commission of a criminal offense (misdemeanor) provided for in part. 1 Art. 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (as amended by the Law of Ukraine dated 04.12.2020 No. 1074-IX)
Currently, law enforcement authorities have not established the whereabouts of the judge of the High Administrative Court, and therefore she was informed about the suspicion in absentia. According to "Word and Deed", it is about judge Inna Maslo.
According to the investigation, in the declaration for 2020, the judge did not provide information about two plots of land in the suburbs of Kyiv and the unfinished construction objects located on these plots, which she used together with her husband during the year.
The market value of the objects of unfinished construction, which are suitable for living, is more than 4 million UAH and 1.8 million UAH, respectively, and the value of land plots in the aggregate is almost 2 million UAH. Taking this into account, the total amount of undeclared information is about UAH 7.8 million, which is more than 3,469 times the subsistence minimum for able-bodied people.
Subsequently, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau announced the wanted judge of the High Administrative Court, Inna Maslo. This was reported by the NABU press service.

Assets : in the declaration for 2023, Maslo listed three apartments, a 2008 ACURA MDX passenger car, she did not specify the value. Maslo has 16 hryvnias in bank accounts.
Scandals: in open sources there is no information about other scandals in which Maslo would appear.
