Case story: The Starosambir District Court of Lviv Oblast fined the acting mayor of Dobromyl Olena Matsko for violating the requirements of anti-corruption legislation, namely, for failing to report a conflict of interest when accruing bonuses and allowances.
The court published the relevant ruling in March 2025. The court found that during 2024, Olena Matsko, when signing and approving payment statements for the payment of bonuses to herself, did not inform the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption about the presence of a real conflict of interest. Her actions were qualified under Article 172-7 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (violation of requirements for the prevention and settlement of conflicts of interest).
At the court hearing, the official pleaded guilty.
Judge Artem Titov, having examined all the circumstances of the case, imposed an administrative penalty on her in the form of a fine of 5,100 hryvnias. The ruling can still be appealed.

Assets: in the declaration for 2024, Olena Matsko indicated three land plots, an apartment, a residential building, and a 2009 Ford Fusion car. As well as 380,000 hryvnias in cash belonging to her husband. During the year, Matsko received 652,277 hryvnias in salary (cash benefits).
