The plot is correct: at the beginning of 2021, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office recovered one of the illegal gains from the Dnipropetrovsk District Court of the Dnipropetrovsk Region.
On the 7th day, NABU detectives in cooperation with the SBU in the Dnipropetrovsk region for the procedural security of the SAPS victorious against the Dnipropetrovsk District Court of the Dnipropetrovsk region for seized illegal benefits. As the investigation established, the servant Femidi extorted and withheld 2,500 dollars for praising a decision in the interests of an individual from the civil authorities.
As a result, the court reported the suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 368 CC of Ukraine (extortion and acquisition of unlawful benefits).
The notice of suspicion was signed by the Prosecutor General. These courts are qualified for the signs of evil, transferred to Part 3 of Art. 368 CC of Ukraine

On June 10, 2024, the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) found Lala Novik guilty of committing a corruption offense and recognized her punishment in the form of 5 rocks of freedom.
The panel of judges of the High Anti-Corruption Court found the judge of the Dnipropetrovsk District Court guilty of the criminal offense provided for in part 3 Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The accused was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 5 years with deprivation of the right to hold the position of judge for 3 years and confiscation of part of the property (a car and a plot of land with an area of 0.06 ha)
On November 20, 2024, it became known that the Appeal Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court will consider an appeal against the verdict, which sentenced the judge of the Dnipropetrovsk District Court, Lala Novik, to 5 years in prison for receiving an illegal benefit.

In January 2025, it became known that the Appeal Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court suspended the hearing of the appeal against the verdict sentencing Dnipropetrovsk District Court judge Lali Novik to 5 years in prison for receiving unlawful benefits.
She was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As is known, the anti-corruption court found Judge Novik guilty and sentenced her to 5 years in prison with confiscation of part of her property. The accused and her defense attorney filed appeals. Later, Judge Novik asked to stop the hearing of her case because she had mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The statement of the accused and the motion of the defense counsel shall be granted. The proceedings on the appeals of the accused (Novik – ed.) and her defense counsel against the verdict of the High Anti-Corruption Court of October 9, 2024 in the criminal proceedings against (Novik – ed.), accused under Part 3 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, shall be stayed until her discharge from military service.
According to media reports, this is a witness in the case of Dnipropetrovsk District Court judge Lala Novik, who was sentenced to 5 years in prison. The hearing of the case is currently suspended in the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court due to the judge's mobilization.
The SAPO and NABU were notified of the suspicion of a person who, during the trial in the case of a judge accused of receiving an illegal benefit, gave the court knowingly false testimony. The witness committed these actions in order to receive money from persons acting in the interests of the accused. Thus, during the pre-trial investigation into the judge, this witness was repeatedly interrogated and he gave incriminating testimony regarding the circumstances of the request and the judge receiving an illegal benefit. However, already during the trial, the witness radically changed his testimony in favor of the accused. The SAPO initiated a pre-trial investigation into this fact, during which evidence was obtained about the motives for the witness to change his testimony
The prosecutor's office said that the witness was offered $50,000 in illegal benefits and a job in Kharkiv if he changed his testimony in the case of Judge Novik. In addition, there was a discussion of the need for conspiracy before and after the interrogation in court, during which the witness was to change his testimony, providing him with protection, etc.
Individuals who are potentially linked to corruption schemes: from open sources it is unknown about potential partners of Novik.
