Assets: In his 2024 tax return, Vadym Sidletskyi indicated that he owns two apartments, a utility room, and four land plots. His wife Viktoriya owns a residential building, non-residential premises, and five land plots.
In addition, the official did not specify whether Vadym Sidletskyi has the right to use a Tesla Y, his own car. At the same time, his wife owns a Renault Master truck, as well as two cars, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 213 CDI and a Skoda Octavia (the latter was purchased during the full-scale invasion).

Sidletsky's income for this year was UAH 687,130, and his wife's was UAH 5,486,718. However, the couple did not declare any monetary assets.


Scandals: in early January 2026, the National Agency for Corruption Prevention (NACP) discovered that the head of the Khmelnytskyi Department of the State Migration Service and his wife had property worth UAH 7.3 million, which they could not have purchased with official income. Investigators filed a lawsuit with the court to confiscate the couple's shopping center. This was reported on the official website of the NACP.
During the monitoring, the NACP established that during 2021-2023, the official's wife purchased a shopping center in one of the villages in the Khmelnytskyi region with mixed trade stores, cafes, and office space. In 2024, an apartment with an area of 52.7 sq. m was completed in the premises. The total purchase cost reached UAH 13.7 million.
The agency analyzed the income of the employee and his wife and concluded that it was impossible to purchase this property legally.
Law enforcement officers are not disclosing the suspect's name, but they note that he is the head of the Khmelnytskyi department of the State Migration Service in the Khmelnytskyi region. According to open sources, this structure is headed by Vadym Sidletskyi.
According to the official's declaration for 2023, his wife Viktoriya Sidletska is the owner of a premises in the village of Chorny Ostriv, the total area of which is 933 sq. m. The NACP is probably reporting about it.
The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court to declare the assets unfounded and recover them as state revenue.
Related persons: a possible accomplice of Sidletskyi could be his wife, Victoria.
