NABU announces suspicion against ex-OP head Yermak

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office announced on the evening of May 11 that they had "exposed an organized group involved in the legalization of UAH 460 million in luxury construction near Kyiv."
One of its participants, the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, was informed about the suspicion. Qualification: Part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Urgent investigative actions are underway.
Earlier, sources for Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty's "Schemes" project in law enforcement agencies reported that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office were conducting investigative actions related to the former head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, on the evening of May 11.
As can be seen from the published photos, the investigative actions took place in the center of Kyiv, near the Palace of Sports. It was in this area that in February 2026, the head of the investigative journalism department of the publication "Ukrainska Pravda" Mykhailo Tkach had previously discovered a gym, which could also be used as a place for informal meetings.
According to a journalist from the "Scheme" news agency, Valentyna Hrebenyuk, a prosecutor of the Ukrainian Administrative Prosecutor's Office, got into Andriy Yermak's car and stayed there for about 10 minutes.
Yermak himself, who continues to run a Telegram channel even after resigning as head of the OP, did not comment on the latest events.
We previously reported that the HACC extended the duties of the former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
