Krupa’s husband assets jump after declaration update
Former head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC) Tetyana Krupa has filed a declaration for 2024 for the second time since the beginning of 2026. She filed the first one in January, and on February 17, she filed a corrected version, in which the amounts indicated for her husband Volodymyr Krupa significantly increased. This was reported by Suspilne.
The main change in Tetyana Krupa's declaration concerns the money of her husband, Volodymyr Krupa. After the correction, his cash assets increased by 59 million UAH. In the January declaration, it was indicated that Volodymyr Krupa's cash assets amounted to 158.356 million UAH. In the February declaration, it was already 217.3 million UAH. The difference is 58.9 million UAH.
The amended declaration states that the man has:
In bank accounts:
- 2.5 million UAH,
- 22 thousand euros,
- 230 thousand dollars,
- 3.4 thousand PLN.
In cash:
- 789 thousand dollars.
The money seized by the police is listed separately:
- 3.7 million dollars,
- 135 thousand euros,
- almost 1.2 million UAH.
In the January declaration, the amounts in the accounts were smaller, and the amount of cash in dollars was also different. After the correction, the amount of Volodymyr Krupa's income from entrepreneurial activities also increased:
- in January, 105 thousand UAH was indicated,
- in February – 210 thousand UAH.
Also, the new declaration showed additional income - UAH 77,000 in interest from Kominbank. At the same time, both declarations indicate the same other income of the husband, in particular:
- over 3.3 million UAH – for electricity from alternative sources,
- over 200 thousand UAH – from renting out property,
- 261 thousand UAH pension,
- over 640 thousand UAH of dividends from Solar-Invest LLC,
- 600 thousand UAH – for fulfilling the terms of the contract with this company.
Income of Tatyana Krupa herself
In her declarations, she stated:
- 298 thousand UAH salary in Khmelnytskyi regional MSEK,
- 55 thousand UAH – part-time work in a hospital,
- 47 thousand UAH – from rent,
- 809 thousand UAH – for electricity from alternative sources,
- 175 thousand UAH pension,
- UAH 641 thousand in dividends from Solar-Invest LLC.
She also listed the cash seized by law enforcement: $93,000 and €2,000. In addition, she noted a prepayment of $595,000.
Additionally, Volodymyr Krupa owns two Porsche Cayenne cars (2019 and 2024 models). Tetyana Krupa declared Dior earrings worth over UAH 700,000 and a Rolex watch worth UAH 405,000. According to the declaration, these items were seized by the police.
Tetyana Krupa and her son Oleksandr are suspects in the EBK base.
As a reminder, the State Bureau of Investigation and the Prosecutor General's Office exposed Krupa in illegal enrichment. During the searches, $6 million in cash, jewelry, and branded items were found in her possession. The head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEK tried to get rid of some of the money by throwing two bags with half a million dollars out the window.
As part of the pre-trial investigation, it was established that during 2020-2024, with the assistance of her husband and son, the head of the MSEC illegally enriched herself by UAH 160 million. Part of the illegally obtained funds was legalized through the fictitious sale of real estate. After that, with the assistance of her husband, the funds were taken abroad and placed in bank accounts.
