Anti-Corruption Court keeps jurisdiction in KRMA case image

The High Anti-Corruption Court saw no grounds for appealing to the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court to change the court in the case of the former head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Viktoria Belyavtseva and three other people accused of embezzling more than UAH 15 million for the purchase of humanitarian aid.

To deny the application of the defense counsel of the accused (Belyavtseva) regarding the jurisdiction of the case. To deny the motion of the defense counsel of the accused (Dmytro Kozhin) to refer the indictment in the part of the indictment to the Appeals Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice of Ukraine for the purpose of determining jurisdiction. To deny the motion of the defense counsel of the accused (Svitlana Sobipan and Myroslava Stepanyshyn) to refer the indictment to the Administrative Division of the Supreme Court of Justice of Ukraine for the purpose of determining jurisdiction.
