Ex-Kharkiv RMA Official’s Corruption Case Goes to Court

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office has sent an indictment to the court against the former head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Viktoria Belyavtseva, and three other individuals for embezzling over UAH 15 million for the purchase of humanitarian aid.
This was reported by the press service of the SAPO, but it did not mention the names of the accused.
According to media reports, these are Belyavtseva, director of LLC "Lutsk Agrarian Company" Svitlana Sobipan, her deputy Dmytro Kozhin, and director of the regional department of a private firm Myroslava Stepanyshyn. The owners of LLC "Lutsk Agrarian Company" are former people's deputies Mykhailo and Dmytro Dobkin.
SAPO and NABU sent an indictment to the court against the former head of the Kharkiv OVA apparatus, the director of a private company and her deputy, as well as the director of the regional department of a private company on charges of embezzling funds in the amount of over UAH 15 million during the procurement of food products for humanitarian needs by the regional military administration
