The Appellate Chamber of the Higher Anti-Corruption Court ordered to forcibly bring to the meeting the former head of the department for supervision of compliance with the laws by the bodies of the fiscal service of the Donetsk region, Vitaliy Ukrainskyi, in the case of receiving a bribe.
Such a decision was adopted by AC HACC on November 26, "Word and Deed" reports.

Ukrainskyi was sentenced to 7 years in prison, and Kalnyi and Chernyshov were sentenced to 6 years in prison each.
The court established that Ukrainskyi twice failed to appear at court hearings scheduled for November 21 and 26. The defense argued that the accused was sick and could not be present. At the same time, the court emphasized that evidence of the impossibility of the accused's arrival in court due to his state of health was not provided.
