The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court has begun consideration of the merits of the appeal against the verdict sentencing the former head of the Main Department of the State Geocadastre in Vinnytsia region, Yuriy Kozak, to 8 years in prison for seizing 17.11 hectares of land.

As is known, the anti-corruption court found Kozak guilty and sentenced him to 8 years in prison with a ban on holding positions related to the performance of state or local government functions for 2 years, with confiscation of property.
