– the decision states.

Yuriy Kozak is a suspect in the EBK database.

We will remind, in August 2022, the SAPO referred to court the case of the former director of the state enterprise "DH "Bohonytske" and the former head of the State Geocadastre in Vinnytsia region.

According to the prosecution, in 2016-2017, the head of the State Enterprise "Bohonytske", which is part of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, together with the head of the State Administration of the State Geocadastre in Vinnytsia region, forged documents that allowed, bypassing the legal procedure (without the consent of the Cabinet of Ministers), to transfer 10 plots of particularly valuable land with a total area of 17.11 hectares to private ownership.

To give the appearance of legality to this scheme, the legend of providing land to employees of a state-owned enterprise for personal farming was used. However, as the investigation established, almost all the recipients of the plots had no relation to the state-owned enterprise. In addition, among the owners of the plots was a close relative of the head of the state-owned enterprise.

At the request of the NABU and SAPO, land plots illegally formed at the expense of especially valuable lands were seized. The investigation estimates the losses at UAH 11.6 million. In August 2022, this case was scheduled for consideration on the merits.

We also reported that the HACC did not suspend Deputy Prime Minister Chernyshov.
