Appeal Chamber to review sentence of ex-Lviv Customs inspector

The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court will consider an appeal against the verdict sentencing former state inspector of the customs clearance department No. 3 of the "Uhryniv" customs post of Lviv Customs, Nazariy Kot, to 3.5 years in prison for abuse.
As is known, the High Anti-Corruption Court found former state inspector of Lviv Customs Kot guilty and sentenced him to 3.5 years in prison. He was also banned from holding positions at customs for 2 years after serving the main sentence. The former customs officer's lawyer filed an appeal against this decision.
Open appeal proceedings on the appeal of the defendant's defense attorney (Nazariy Kot) against the verdict of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated 04.09.2025. Send the participants in the court proceedings copies of the resolution on the opening of appeal proceedings and the appeal, along with information about their rights and obligations. Set a deadline for the participants in the court proceedings to submit written objections to the appeal - 5 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the resolution
