HACC Sets Onyschenko Case Hearing

The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled for consideration on the merits the case against former MP Oleksandr Onyshchenko and financial manager Olena Pavlenko in the creation of a scheme to seize natural gas from JSC Ukrgazvydobuvannya.
This decision was recently made by the HACC.
To schedule a trial in criminal proceedings on the accusation (Onishchenko) of committing criminal offenses provided for in Part 1 of Article 255, Part 3 of Article 27, Part 4 of Article 28, Part 5 of Article 191, Part 3 of Article 27, Part 3 of Article 27, Part 4 of Article 28, Part 2 of Article 205-1, Part 3 of Article 27, Part 4 of Article 28, Part 2 of Article 364-1, Part 3 of Article 27, Part 4 of Article 28, Part 2 of Article 366, Part 3 of Article 27, Part 4 of Article 28, Part 3 of Article 209, Part 1 of Article 263, Part 1 of Article 388 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, on charges (Pavlenko) of committing criminal offenses provided for in Part 1 of Art. 255, Part 2 of Art. 27, Part 4 of Art. 28, Part 5 of Art. 191, Part 2 of Art. 27, Part 2 of Art. 27, Part 4 of Art. 28, Part 2 of Art. 205-1, Part 2 of Art. 27, Part 4 of Art. 28, Part 3 of Art. 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine

Earlier, the HACC also refused to merge the criminal proceedings against former MP Oleksandr Onyshchenko and financial manager Olena Pavlenko with the case of co-organizer Valeriy Postny and others for misappropriation of funds from JSC Ukrgazvydobuvannya.
