Appeal Confirms Removal of Logistics Deputy Head Vysotskyi

The Appellate Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court left Volodymyr Vysotsky suspended from the position of Deputy Head of the Aviation and Technical Support Department of the Central Aviation and Air Defense Support Department of the Logistics Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As is known, the Supreme Court of Justice suspended Vysotsky from his position until January 27, 2025. His defense attorney filed an appeal against this decision.

The appeal of the suspect's (Vysotskyi - ed.) defense lawyer shall be dismissed. The decision of the investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court dated November 27, 2024 on the removal from office of (Vysotskyi - ed.) shall be left unchanged.
