Chernyshov appealed HACC preventive measure decision
Former Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Chernyshov, suspected of involvement in a large-scale corruption scheme in the energy sector, has appealed the decision of the Supreme Court of Justice regarding a preventive measure.
According to the court registry, on November 24, the defense of the former official appealed to the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court with a complaint against the ruling of the court of first instance in case No. 991/11821/25. This is a motion to review the decision on a preventive measure.
The details of the defense's demands are not being disclosed at this time. It is known that the composition of the court in this case has already been appointed.

Earlier, NABU and SAPO reported on suspicion of Chernyshov in receiving illegal benefits and abuse of office. Based on these facts, NABU detectives launched an investigation into the alleged legalization of funds obtained by criminal means.
Also, a 51 million hryvnia bail was paid for former Minister of National Unity Oleksiy Chernyshov . In addition, it became known that Chernyshov's wife filed a lawsuit for the division of property.
