MP Kisel’s wife transferred luxury house to daughter after NABU

The wife of the People's Deputy from the "Servant of the People" Yuriy Kisel, whom the NABU suspects of providing illegal benefits, transferred an elite house in the "Pearl of Italy" cottage town near Kyiv to her daughter Olga Horulko on January 1, 2026. This was reported by hromadske as part of the "Great Conversion" investigation.
The house in the village of Ivankovychi, Kyiv region, previously belonged to President Volodymyr Zelensky. In July 2020, it was purchased, along with the land, by Kisel's wife, Valentina, for UAH 13.5 million.
After Kisel's preventive measure was chosen, the house in Ivankovychy became the property of his daughter Olga Gorulko on January 1, 2026. She is mentioned in his declarations as Olga Yuriivna Kisel, although after the divorce in 2015 she kept the surname Horulko.
Pavlo Demchuk, Senior Legal Advisor at Transparency International Ukraine, explained to hromadske that rewriting assets after a suspect is served, but before a possible arrest, can be considered evasion of punishment. He noted that such actions are often classified as fictitious transactions aimed at removing property from potential arrest.
As a reminder, on December 27, NABU and SAPO reported that an undercover operation had exposed an organized criminal group that included current members of parliament of Ukraine. According to the investigation, the group's members systematically received illegal benefits for voting in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Prosecutors of the SAPO have charged five Ukrainian MPs with bribery for ensuring that they received bribes for the "necessary" vote in the Verkhovna Rada. The bribes amounted to $2,000–$20,000.
According to media reports, suspicions have already been raised against the people's deputies from the "Servant of the People" party: Yevhen Pyvovarov, Ihor Negulevskyi, Olha Savchenko, and Yuriy Kisel.
On December 31, the High Anti-Corruption Court chose a preventive measure in the form of bail for Yuriy Kisel, a member of parliament from the Servant of the People party, in the case of bribery for voting in the Verkhovna Rada.
