NABU and SAPO announced the exposure of an organized criminal group that included current members of parliament of Ukraine.

According to law enforcement officials, the group members systematically received bribes for voting in the Verkhovna Rada. NABU and SAPO did not specify who exactly was part of the criminal group.

Later, it became known that as part of the investigation by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office into exposing an organized criminal group that included MPs, suspicions had already been raised against four parliamentarians from the Servant of the People faction.

This was reported by sources of "Ukrainian Truth" in law enforcement agencies, ZN.UA, citing sources in law enforcement agencies and in the faction itself.

According to their information, the notice of suspicion was served on Yevhen Pyvovarov, Ihor Negulevsky, Olga Savchenko and Yuriy Kisel. At the same time, according to ZN.UA, so far only three people's deputies — Pyvovarov, Negulevsky and Kisel — have received suspicions under Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of an unlawful benefit by an official).

As the publication notes, the court ruling also mentions Articles 255 (creation or participation in a criminal organization) and 369 (offering or providing an illegal benefit to an official). It is possible that these charges may also be added to the charges when preventive measures are taken against the deputies.

At the same time, ZN.UA sources claim that another MP, Yuriy Koryavchenkov (known as Yuzik from "Kvartal 95"), has allegedly left Ukraine. However, Ukrainska Pravda's interlocutors in the "Servant of the People" faction denied this information, emphasizing that Koryavchenkov was not declared a suspect.

Earlier, NABU reported the exposure of a corruption scheme involving deputies of the Volyn regional and Lutsk city councils .

In addition, the Security Service of Ukraine, NABU, and SAPO exposed an organized criminal group in Kyiv, led by a Ukrainian MP . She is suspected of receiving illegal benefits from an entrepreneur.
