Ex-agro minister Solskyi again denied foreign travel

The High Anti-Corruption Court has not allowed former Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Mykola Solsky to travel abroad again. He recently returned to Ukraine and surrendered his passport.
As is known, the anti-corruption court arrested the Minister of Agricultural Policy Mykola Solsky until June 24. As an alternative, he was set a bail of UAH 75.7 million. These funds were paid and he was released from custody. The suspect was given the following obligations: to appear upon every request; not to leave Kyiv and Kyiv region without permission; to report any change in his place of residence and work; to refrain from communicating with witnesses in this criminal proceeding and other suspects in this case; to hand over his foreign passports for safekeeping.
Later, the court granted Solsky permission to travel abroad from January 14 to January 28, inclusive, and ordered the State Migration Service to return his passport to him. Solsky returned to Ukraine and returned his passport to the State Migration Service for safekeeping. After that, he again asked the court to allow him to travel abroad. However, the court refused.
It was previously reported that NABU and SAPO have completed investigating the case on suspicion of former Minister of Agrarian Policy Mykola Solskyi in organizing a scheme to seize state lands in the Sumy region with a total area of about 2.5 thousand hectares and attempting to seize another 3.3 thousand hectares.
