Ex-MP Vecherko Appeals In-Absentia Arrest in Coal Case

The Appellate Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court will consider the complaint against the arrest in absentia of former People's Deputy Volodymyr Vecherko.

As you know, the anti-corruption court took Vecherka into custody in absentia. His lawyer filed an appeal against this decision.

Appoint an appellate review of the appeal for November 6, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. in the premises of the Appellate Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court

The next meeting of the Appeals Chamber of HACC was scheduled for 13:00 on November 20.
