SBI employees, with the support of the SSU, reported suspicions to an employee of the Odesa region's law enforcement agencies, who tried to create an illegal channel to transport conscripted men to unrecognized Prydnistrov'ya, the SBI reported.

According to the investigation, the man began organizing the scheme in September, using knowledge of the border area and the location of checkpoints. He was looking for clients through social networks, setting the payment for the service at the level of 6.5 thousand dollars per person. To implement the scheme, the suspect involved accomplices who were supposed to accompany the men to the border.

Later, law enforcement officers detained the suspect while trying to cross the border with four conscripts. He was charged under Part 3 of Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (illegal transportation of persons across the state border). Currently, the issue of selecting a preventive measure and removing him from office is being resolved. The detainee faces up to 9 years in prison.

Earlier, we wrote about the fact that employees of the Security Intelligence Service in Kyiv detained three employees of the Holosiivsky District TCP and SS , as well as two civilians. According to the investigation, they organized a scheme that allowed conscripts to avoid mobilization. In addition, the former head of the MMC was detained, who was previously suspected of similar crimes, but he continued his illegal activities.

In addition, "EBK" reported that the SSU, together with the Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the field of defense of the Western region, exposed in Lviv a platoon commander of one of the military units, a senior lieutenant, who offered to help register a disability and release his colleague from military service for a bribe of 10,000 dollars .
