In Volyn, an employee of the TCP demanded $600 for booking employees

In Novovolynsk, an employee of the Volodymyr-Volynsky District Territorial Center for Recruitment (DTCR) and Social Support (SS) was put on trial.

The official demanded a bribe from the leading human resources engineer of the state enterprise "Directorate for the construction of objects" for the reservation of conscripts. She did not manage to make extra money.

This is stated in the verdict of the Novovolyn city court of the Volyn region.

Three employees of the state-owned mining enterprise "Directorate for Construction of Objects" near Novovolynsk received a 6-month deferment from the draft during mobilization. On June 11 of this year, the leading human resources engineer of the directorate sent a letter about their reservation to the district territorial center of recruitment and social support. Nina Marchuk, the leading specialist of the accounting department of the mobilization work of the Central Committee of the Central Committee of Ukraine and the Joint Venture, was instructed to review and check this letter with documents . 

Three days later, the "Directorate for the construction of facilities" received a call from the DTCR and was informed that the documents for the reservation were drawn up incorrectly. To discuss this problem, the leading human resources engineer of the State Enterprise "Directorate for Construction of Facilities" met with Nina Marchuk. During the meeting, an employee of the DTCR offered to agree on a postponement for the mentioned people with the chief specialist of the mobilization work accounting department, despite the errors in the documents. For this, she demanded 200 dollars from each person. At the same time, Nina Marchuk convinced that it is impossible to solve this issue in another way. She claimed that without reservation they will be mobilized to the ranks of the Armed Forces.

After this conversation, the leading human resources engineer of the SE "Facilities Construction Directorate" turned to the law enforcement officers and continued to cooperate with them. So, the police recorded how on June 19 she gave Nina Marchuk a $600 bribe, which amounted to more than 27,000 hryvnias in the national currency. Subsequently, Marchuk was accused of obtaining an illegal benefit for himself for influencing the decision-making by a person authorized to perform the functions of the state (Part 2 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

During the pre-trial investigation, on September 13, 2024, the woman entered into a plea agreement with the head of the Volyn specialized prosecutor's office in the field of defense of the Western region. She asked the court to approve this agreement. 

The Novovolynsk city court approved the agreement in a verdict dated September 23, 2024 and ultimately fined the Volyn woman 2,500 of the tax-free minimum income of citizens, which is 42,500 hryvnias. In addition, she has to pay more than 6 thousand hryvnias for conducting a forensic examination.

In June of this year, Nina Marchuk was fired from her job at the district territorial center of recruitment and social support. Over the past six months, she declared 71.4 thousand hryvnias of wages. She did not indicate any other income or financial savings. The woman also owns a house with an area of ​​127 square meters in the village of Tyshkovichi, Novovolynsk Territorial Community. 

We also wrote that a lieutenant colonel was detained in Transcarpathia for a bribe for being transferred to the rear. As reported by the Specialized Prosecutor's Office in the field of defense of the Western region, the battalion commander estimated the possibility of including a subordinate in the list of military personnel remaining for service in Zakarpattia at 1.3 thousand dollars. For the transfer of several servicemen to the rear, he offered his leadership a bribe of 5,000 dollars.
