NABU Issues Suspicions in Logistics Forces Case

NABU detectives, under the procedural guidance of the SAPO, reported suspicions to two defendants in the case of abuse during the purchase of tires for military aviation to the Logistics Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

This was reported by the press service of the SAPO.

They said that suspicions were raised against the assistant to the current MP and the owner of one of the private companies.

According to the investigation, the owner of the company organized the supply, and the deputy's assistant ensured coordination between all participants in the scheme and facilitated payments under contracts.

It should be noted that such actions of individuals resulted in losses of UAH 27.3 million to the Logistics Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The crime was uncovered under the procedural guidance of SAPO prosecutors by NABU detectives with operational support from the SBU.
