NABU Accesses Calls of MP Pavlish’s Father in Enrichment Case
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau has gained access to information about the mobile phone subscriber connections of the father of People's Deputy Pavlo Pavlish, Vasyl, in criminal proceedings for illegal enrichment.
As indicated, NABU detectives requested access to documents of the mobile operator used by Pavlish's father. In particular, in the request part, the investigation requested information about phone calls (facts of connections to other numbers) that were made in the period from September 1, 2021 to January 6, 2025.
NABU also requested access to information on the mobile number of an individual entrepreneur who conducted a technical inventory of the house of the MP's father, where Pavlish himself lives with his family. The court granted both requests.
According to the investigation, People's Deputy Pavlish could have illegally enriched himself and acquired a house in the cottage town of Nova Khodosivka, near Kyiv. As detectives established, the politician's father received income in the amount of more than 3.7 million UAH from 1998 to 2022, and his mother - more than 572 thousand UAH.
A review of open Internet sources revealed that the cost of a neighboring house of similar size was over UAH 11 million. Thus, the combined income of Pavlish's parents was not enough to purchase the property. In addition, the house was purchased by the MP himself on the basis of a power of attorney from his father.
It was previously reported that an employee of the DTCP deleted data from the registry for bribes.
We also wrote that a commander was detained in Odessa for taking bribes from subordinates.
