NABU and SAP completed the investigation of the criminal proceedings on the suspicion of the former head of the State Property Fund, Dmytro Sennichenko, in the creation of a criminal organization and other persons participating in it, which caused losses to the state in the amount of more than UAH 700 million.

This was reported by the press services of the bodies, without specifying the names of those involved.

According to the information of "Slovo i Dilo", in addition to Sennichenko, suspicions have also been received in the case: his advisor Yuriy Lypka, co-organizer of the schemes Andriy Hmyrin, former acting directors of the Odesa port plant Mykola Sinytsia and Mykola Parsentiev, ex-chief of the United Mining and Chemical Company Artur Somov, owners of Agro Gas Trading Volodymyr Kolot and Oleksandr Gorbunenko, participant Pavlo Prysiazhnyuk and executive vice president for corporate strategy and development of PJSC Ukrnafta Denys Kudin.

Dmytro Sennychenko is a figure in the EBK database.

It will be recalled that NABU and SAP reported in absentia about the suspicion of the former head of the State Property Fund, Dmytro Sennychenko, in the creation and leadership of a criminal organization. In addition to him, 8 more people were suspected. Later, suspicions were renewed against him and other persons involved.

According to the investigation, the ex-head of the State Property Fund Dmytro Sennychenko and other persons committed two episodes of criminal activity. The first is related to corruption at "Odesa Port Plant" (99.56% of shares belong to the state). According to the investigation, at the beginning of 2020, the head of the FSMU succeeded in electing "loyal" members of the OPZ supervisory board, who later agreed to the appointment of a member of a criminal organization as the director of the plant. According to the scheme of the plant, for the period from May 2020 to October 2021, OPZ lost more than UAH 600 million.

The second episode concerned OGHC. NABU and SAP established that in October 2020, the organizer of the ZO succeeded in appointing a "loyal" acting director of OGHC. He, for his part, in compliance with the instructions "from above" during 2020-2021, on behalf of the state-owned enterprise, deliberately entered into four contracts for the sale of titanium-containing raw materials (ilmenite concentrate) with a Czech company under the control of the adviser to the chairman of the FDMU at discounted prices. This product was then resold at market prices. As the investigation established, ilmenite concentrate was supplied to enterprises of the Russian Federation and to the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea. This resulted in more than UAH 111 million in losses to the state.

We also wrote that VAKS decided to reduce the bail for former head of the State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov from 31 million hryvnias to 27 million hryvnias in the case of abuses in the "gas schemes" of ex-People's Deputy Oleksandr Onishchenko.
