MP Skorokhod arrives at NABU for questioning

People's Deputy Ganna Skorokhod appeared for questioning at the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) on Monday, December 8. She is suspected of inciting a bribe for the application of NSDC sanctions to a competing company.
This was reported by a correspondent of Suspilny from the scene.
On December 7, the court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention with the alternative of posting bail for one of the defendants in this case. NABU and SBU came to Ganna Skorokhod's home on December 5, and after a search, they reported suspicion of extortion of a bribe by a group of people. According to the investigation, the deputy "organized the activities of a criminal group" that offered the entrepreneur, for $250,000, to agree with the National Security and Defense Council on the application of economic sanctions against a competing company. According to the SAPO, the entrepreneur paid part of the bribe — $125,000 and received a receipt for a cash loan from the "criminal group." But the National Security and Defense Council never made a decision.
As confirmation, NABU and SAPO published a fragment of a secretly recorded video, in which Skorokhod is allegedly communicating with an unknown man and offering him money, for which he promises to issue him two receipts.
As soon as everything happens, we tore them apart again and again
The deputy denies the charges. According to her, the published video is "a classic montage and out-of-context clippings." According to her, she did not disclose what exactly happened in the video and promised to do so later. Skorokhod claims that the cases against her are "hastily fabricated political pressure aimed at disrupting my trip to international meetings" in the United States, which was scheduled for December 7.
As Suspilny learned, there are three suspects in the Skorokhod case. One of them was detained - the deputy director of the Osprey Global Solutions Ukraine charity fund Andriy S. On December 7, the HACC began to choose a preventive measure for him, but at the request of the prosecutor's office and defense, the judge moved the hearing to closed mode so as not to disclose information about the pre-trial investigation and the suspect's private life. Skorokhod came to support the detainee and told Suspilny that he was her friend.
We previously reported that law enforcement officers exposed a criminal group led by a deputy.
