NABU and SAPO conduct searches at Andriy Yermak’s residence
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) are conducting searches at the home of Andriy Yermak, the head of the President's Office. He confirmed that investigative actions are taking place at his home.

NABU and SAPO are conducting investigative actions (searches) at the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. Investigative actions are authorized and are being carried out within the framework of the investigation. Details will be provided later
Andriy Yermak's spokesman told Suspilny that comments would be made later.
At 9:46 a.m., Yermak confirmed on his Telegram channel that he was also being searched.

The European Commission informed the Public that they "will adhere to their position on the fight against corruption, which they expressed at the beginning of the Midas case."
Earlier, "Ukrainska Pravda" reported on the searches. Journalists managed to film about 10 NABU and SAPO officers entering the territory of the government quarter.
On the air of Suspilne Studio, UP journalist Mykhailo Tkach confirmed that he had seen with his own eyes NABU officers and special forces who arrived in the government quarter.
Searches are indeed taking place. I saw with my own eyes NABU officers, special forces, who entered the territory of the government quarter at about six in the morning. Several of our sources in law enforcement agencies have already confirmed the information that searches are taking place at the head of the OPU, Andriy Yermak. There is currently no information about what case these searches may be related to. We ourselves are waiting for some confirmation
At the same time, the journalist suggested that the searches could be conducted as part of Operation Midas, regarding embezzlement in the energy sector.
As a reminder, NABU and SAPO conducted searches at the home of President Zelensky's former business partner and co-owner of the Kvartal 95 studio, Timur Mindich, as well as at the home of Justice Minister Herman Galushchenko, who previously headed the Ministry of Energy.
The criminal organization built a scheme for systematically obtaining illegal benefits from counterparties of JSC NNEGC Energoatom in the amount of 10% to 15% of the value of contracts. The scheme involved, in particular, the former deputy head of the State Property Fund, who later became an advisor to the Minister of Energy, as well as a former law enforcement officer. In addition, NABU announced suspicion against former Deputy Prime Minister Chernyshov.
In turn, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that he had not spoken to his former business partner, co-owner of Kvartal-95, Timur Mindich, since the announcement of the investigation into the corruption case of embezzlement at Energoatom.
